Catalyst Products Description
DMDEE is the abbreviation of dimorpholine diethyl ether, its CAS number is 6425-39-4, the appearance of transparent, pale yellow liquid, with a typical amine odor. DMDEE catalyst is a high boiling point special amine and good foaming catalyst that does not cause crosslinking and is mainly used in one - and two-component rigid foam sealant systems and flexible bulk foams. When used in wet curing systems, it provides a stable prepolymer for rapid curing, and it can also be used in flexible polyurethane foams, as well as semi-flexible foams and HR moulded foams. It brings strength, power and speed to a variety of polyurethane applications.

First Aid Measures
General advice : Seek medical advice. If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assisted respirations.Supplemental oxygen may be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnelshould begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately.
Eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water also under the eyelids for at least 20minutes. Remove contact lenses.
Skin contact : Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes. Immediatelyremove contaminated clothing, and any extraneous chemical, if possible to do sowithout delay.
Ingestion : Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If a person vomits when lying onhis back, place him in the recovery position. Prevent aspiration of vomit. Turn victim'shead to the side.
Inhalation : If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assisted respirations. Supplemental oxygenmay be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnel should begincardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. Move to fresh air.
