Catalyst Products Description
MXC-T9 is a kind of strong metal-based polyurethane (polyol isocyanate) catalyst with uniform activity and very good stability. It is mainly used for flexible bulk polyurethane foam and is the basic catalyst for the production of polyurethane foam. It is mainly used in the gelation reaction of polyether polyurethane foam, and can also be used as an antioxidant of polyurethane foam.

APPLICATIONS
It can be used in the production of flexible polyether slabstock foam, it can also be

Storage:
It should be kept sealed in cool dry and ventilated place. After the product was used,
cover the cap firmly at once and keep sealed to avoid mixing with other substances.

25kgs net pail or 200kgs net drum.

Inhalation : May cause nose, throat, and lung irritation. Inhalation of vapors and/or aerosolsin high concentration may cause irritation of respiratory system. Harmful if inhaled.
Eye contact : Causes eye irritation.
Skin contact : Causes skin irritation.
Chronic Health Hazard : This product contains no listed carcinogens according to IARC, ACGIH,NTP and/or OSHA in concentrations of 0.1 percent or greater. Repeated or prolonged contactcauses sensitization, asthma and eczemas.
Target Organs : Respiratory system.Skin.Eyes.Liver.
Symptoms : Repeated and/or prolonged exposure to low concentrations of vapors and/oraerosols may cause: Sore throat.
Aggravated Medical Condition
Liver disorders (such as jaundice or liver enlargement). Adverse respiratory effects (such ascough, tightness of chest or shortness of breath). Asthma. Skin disorders and Allergies. Adverseskin effects (such as rash, irritation or corrosion). Adverse eye effects (such as conjunctivitis orcorneal damage). Eye disease
FIRST AID MEASURES
General advice : Seek medical advice. If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assistedrespirations. Supplemental oxygen may be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnelshould begin cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately.
Eye contact : Rinse immediately with plenty of water also under the eyelids for at least 20minutes.
Remove contact lenses.
Skin contact : Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 20 minutes. Immediatelyremove contaminated clothing, and any extraneous chemical, if possible to do so without delay.Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. NOTE TO PHYSICIANS: Applicationof corticosteroid cream has been effective in treating skin irritation.
Ingestion : If a person vomits when lying on his back, place him in the recovery position.Prevent aspiration of vomit. Turn victim's head to the side.
Inhalation : If breathing has stopped or is labored, give assisted respirations.Supplementaloxygen may be indicated. If the heart has stopped, trained personnel should begincardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. Move to fresh air.
