Polyester and polyether polyurethane can be used in multiple ways. Most of them are designed to make life more comfortable and products more durable.
Flexible polyurethane foam
This type of polyurethane is most commonly used as a cushioning or protective material. It exists in furniture, mattresses, bedding, and vehicle interiors. It accounts for approximately 30% of polyurethane sales in North America.
It can be shaped into any shape, flexibility, and durability. It is comfortable, lightweight, and has strong support. After forming, it will return to its set shape after sleeping, sitting on it, or being pushed in.
Rigid polyurethane foam
These foam are used for commercial and residential insulation because they are energy efficient and widely used. This foam keeps the building cool in summer and warm in winter. It can also suppress external noise.
adhesive
These polyurethanes are used to bond different materials, typically used for wooden boards, flooring materials, and sand mold casting. Use adhesive for the bottom layer of the carpet. Building materials such as joists and structural sheaths are sturdy due to adhesives. They are also commonly used in many manufactured shell components.

Polyurethane is commonly used to cover or seal different products. This polyurethane set is called CASE and is used to improve the durability and lifespan of various products.
